I further permit the use of photography and/or video for media and publicity promotion. The Black Santa Houston LLC, its employees, and agents have my full permission to use my and/or my child’s photograph or video images in any legal manner to publicly promote The Black Santa Houston and the right to copyright same (“Publicity Rights”). I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I waive all right of inspection and approval, and release The Black Santa Houston, LLC its employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of the exercise of the Publicity Rights hereby granted. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall be due to me by reason of such use. The Black Santa Houston LLC and any otherwise officially named sponsors shall bear no responsibility to compensate, indemnify, or pay damages to me or my child for any reason whatsoever. If you opt out of the photo relaease at the time of securing your appointment, your photos will never be used for media and publicity promotion.
